Central heating systems generally come in 2 different types, though not exclusively, and here at His and Hers Plumbing and Heating, we specialise in both of the more popular open vented and sealed systems. An open vented system is a system that is open to the atmosphere and has a feed & expansion tank. A sealed system is the opposite where it is completely sealed from the atmosphere. Generally, older systems will be open vented where the newer systems will be sealed systems. If you are thinking of upgrading your heating system, then we will happily advise on the best system.
We're fully compliant with the recent regulations, specifying that every room with a fixed gas or solid fuel now requires a co2 alarm for your safety and peace of mind.

We work with the main brands and will only ever recommend the right boiler based on your needs and size of the space you have to heat. Being Gas Safe, we are qualified to fit all domestic boiler and heating systems with a wealth of experience working for and planning, housing developments.
Need a New Hot Water Cylinder?
Being G3 (unvented) certified, we are one of a handful of installation specialists to be able to fit unvented water cylinders.
Service Your Boiler
Sometimes, it is not economical to fit a new boiler and all that is needed, is a regular boiler service, although, it is recommended that you service your boiler and heating system once a year. The benefits are:
